At Aunaya, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition that you received it

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, as Aunaya comes into contact with water intended for personal use.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Refund

To start a return, please contact us at aunayapro@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will then provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aunayapro@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at aunayapro@gmail.com.
